The Olympia candy kitchen is located in downtown Goshen, and has been in business since 1912. It is known for it's handmade candies and nostalgia-inducing atmosphere. Whenever I think of my hometown, The Olympia candy kitchen always comes to mind. This idea was brought to the owner of the Olympia, Kare Anderson. He hopes to implement it sometime before 2025. As a longtime customer of the Olympia candy kitchen, a food truck is what they need. Their smashburgers can be easily made, as well as their crispy sides. Downtown Goshen isn't always easy to get through, having a food truck in new locations would be fun.
Olympia has stood by its current logo since their 25th anniversary. By changing the logos orientation and getting rid of serifs, it transformed into something completely different. The colored dots within the letters represent the joyful colorful candy nonpareils commonly on their goods.
